Hey, that reminds me.. Did you plug in the 6-pin power cable for the graphics card???

Good observation. It could be PSU as well. You didn't state what PSU are you using.

yep checked, fan works, video card works perfectly fine in xp, got raidmax 650 watt psu, i think the problem is in software but which one?)

everything works perfectly fine in xp enviroment, except for surfing.
have a raidmax 650 watt psu, some ppl say its a low quality psu, so ill get a galaxy one soon to check if its psu

but due to fact that everything works fine i xp, i doubt that this is the problem, after all vista is not a 3dmax rendering billion shader objects is it?)

Well, if you enabled AeroGlass, then it uses the 3D capabilities of the GPU.

i was disabling all that is possible to disable, reduced the ram use from 800 to 400, still hans up no diferent
