Try running it with the side panel off and a fan blowing into ur pc.,if the problem still persists then u don't have a heat problem.,

Hmm, the casing feels hot eh? What type of casing is it?Should those ICute casing. Btw is it possible that you show us to temp of the card too?And also the position of the fans
