Actually i wanted to play game in window xp,I know i cant use the directx 10 feature. So when i buy a graphic card, what feature should I look for first?

new cards support dx9, dx10 , dx10.1 so it is same thing if you chose high or mid end card you can only use dx9 with xp
when you look on card make sure that card haves :
1.active cooling
2.atleast 256DDR3-4

nvidia 8800GT 512Mb ddr3 high end card (256bit)
nvidia 8600GT mid (256bit)
nvidia 9600GT mid (256bit)
AMD/ATI 3870 512 Mb ddr3-4 high end (256bit)
AMD/ATI 3850 256-512 DDR3-4 mid end (256 bit)

i recommend you AMD/ATI 3870 512Mb ddr3 it is a great price for its performance (cheaper than nvidia 8800GT but almost same performance)

You should determine a budget for the card and get the best you can afford if you are looking to play a lot of 3D games. It beats buying something cheap and having to upgrade soon after.
