OMG, the price of LCD panels dropped so low???

Now I'm thinking if I should just get a 30" LCD monitor for my new pad... or a regular HDTV.

I seriously don't think 1920x1080 is enough for you if you intend to use it for work

Oh, no.. I was thinking of getting a HDTV for regular TV programming. Not those high-end 1080p models. 720p should be good enough because I mostly watch Astro (satellite) and DVDs anyway.

If I do get a 30", it will be for the testbed. Nice to have but a little overkill as I don't think that many people will be using 30". Hahaha.. You have seen my taskbar.

If you intend to watch as a TV, definitely get HDTV.

Yeah, probably a 100 Hz model with a resolution of 1366 x 720p if I can afford it.

In the end ... Lacus don't have the money to get an LCD.. his butt business is not so good... .

and I need a new living room before getting a HDTV ... current 21" still fit the living room size..
