It will only benefit games which requires tons of RAM, especially at high res, high detail, crazy AA settings.

heh, people make mistaken you know..Guess what? When Gainward's 4850 was release over here, they make a huge printing mistaken on their box. (i saw it ) It says 4850 with 512mb DDR3 and then on the lower right side of the box, there is a huge GDDR5 Logo
