Default white spots on screen

i just bought a palit hd 4850 512 mb RAm GFX CARD
AND IT was working fine till i moved my pc to another room
now its showing white spots all over
i changed gfx card then they are gone, i switch to another monitor they are still there, so it means it has to do something with the card, what could be wrong

Seems like a common case of artifacts, make sure you get the latest drivers for everything etc.

Fault video card or maybe artifacting from heat, but since you were not doing any 3D intensive stuff, I would go with the faulty video card. Try it on another system if you can.
