Well, i have been searching the internet for infos on cyber laws in italy....seems tat they do have one, as do most internet-savvy nations but i can't find the details yet.....strange thing is tat the bank told me i can't do anything and yet they hav a cyber-law......go figure.....

i think cyber-laws are implemented based on countries.

yeap.. it's true that different countries would have different laws and it's really a hassle when u deal with 2 countries. Lots of red tape and well... lots and lots of hassle.
