Actually the NV Vista 64 bit driver is working quite well here no issues so far and haven't had issues with anything else so far. Just watch older hardware with Vista

My system works extremely well with 64bit driver wise. Program compatibility is an issue though.

Still kind of new to Vista Chai and haven't really had a chance to install many games or programs aside from the ones I use regularly yet. Are there any particular programs or hardware drivers you have had issues with really curious to know just for knowledge sake

Hardware issue, no, other than EMU0404 drivers which crashes when I remote desktop. I'm very new to Vista and 64bit too.

Many old software don't work, Partition Magic, Nero 6, Dreamweaver MX, no 64bit Nikon RAW plugin. I haven't installed games yet.

BIOSTAR TA690G MOTHERBOARD
PIONER DVD-RW SATA
250GB SATA HARDDRIVE SEAGATE
PSU 400W POWER LOGIC

I am need your recomendation, does my PSU need to be upgraded ? if yes, could you mention which PSU best to my system and what brand for 9600GT card ?

Thank's all
Not really sure. 400W would be enough (I think), but I'm not sure if Power Logic PSU's are reliable. It's best if you upgrade it for the card and future usage.

Hmm.. I thought Partition Magic and Nero 6 wouldn't work with Vista-32 either?

I'm using updated versions of Nero and Dreamweaver, albeit with Vista 32.

400w should be more than enough. But if i'm not mistaken, power logic psu are not true power. it depends though. I myself might might 3870(coz 10.1) over 9600gt (10.0) for future usage. 9600gt is a midrange card so i think it does not need higher power?
