1. go to Network Connections in Control Panel. 2. double-click on Local Area Connections. 3. click on Properties. 4. under General tab, make sure File and Printer Sharing is checked. 5. double-click on TCP/IP. 6. this is where u set your IP. if you know your ADSL modem IP (usually 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.2), then that will be under Gateway. e.g. IP address : 192.168.1.2 <-- ur PC Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0 Default gateway : 192.168.1.1 <-- ur ADSL modem DNS for TMnet Streamyx is 202.188.1.5 or 202.188.0.133 for your other PC, it's IP should be 192.168.1.3 etc...

I had this problem once and discovered that my firewall was blocking, after added an entry to allow an IP range, walla... can see already. Try disabling your Windows firewall. ![]()
