Default broadband v dma



HI

Installed AOL Broadband
Machine kept crashing
Removed dma settinig from hard drives - machine ok though slower
BUT NOW
burning dvd cd etc fail - The software requires dma to the hdd

Any body any ideas - much appreciate any relevant help

Hmmm You should not remove DMA settings.
Also, the AOL broadband should not interfere with your DMA settings in the 1st place.

Have you updated all the drivers to the most recent ones?
