LinkSys RV042

i have bought LinkSys RV042 router. I have configured for internet browsing. I can access web sites. But i need to block some web sites. I found that 'Content Filter' is use for that purpose. When i add domain name in block list, it doesn't work for me. I tested from internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Avant) , the web site i put in block list still accessible. what i need to configure more?

We have to use ISP's proxy server to get internet connection.
Is it cause this problem?

We have
broadband connection (fixed-Wireless (WLL))
one static ip address with gateway
in internet browser we must use proxy server (xx.xx.xx.xx)
no other firewall / proxy setup in our network

LinkSys Router -
mode - gateway
Firewall - on

Anybody know the situation about that router's 'content filter' function?

maybe you guys never use it. and also nobody are behind ISP proxy. isn't it?

we are just having trouble... we have a lot daily problems with that ISP.
