Default Help with Aztech DSL208U USB ADSL modem

It installs, connects, and works fine. FTP downloads and the speed test operate at the rated 1mb, everything else works at 56k dialup speed or less. What's the problem?

Could be drivers. Could also be port-based bandwidth throttling. Try to download something from mymirror.asiaosc.org and tell us what speeds you're getting.
