Malaysia Streamyx problem - Page 2

Yap. it is very hard for me to get connected during afternoon time around 1 till 6pm. Even I get connected, I'll be kick out in a short while. But the speed is still OK once you get connected. I've call them to file a report but no use. SNR margin during the afternoon time is always very bad, less than 15 most of the time. Sometime even go to - figures and you'll see the ADSL signal blinking. But morning and nite time are OK. Close to 40 for upstream and 20 for downstream.

Darn.. That sounds bad.

IMHO, you should keep hounding them until they do something about it. The key is to keep bugging them. Bug them until they get sick enough to send a technician to check it out.

my experience is better with Clickers than directly with TMNut over here in Kuching.
