Reputation: 0 ![]() Rep Power: 0 | hi i don't know is this sound right or not sorry for my poor english anyone know is there any software to control or limit the usage of internet of each individual? 1. assume that the router cannot be set (actually it really cannot be set since the id and pass of the router had long forgotten )2. and assume that i cannot do anything to other computers so is there a software that can be install only in my computer and control the whole internet usage of others? |

Otherwise, get a network shaping router. |
