I'm really in need of help with my router here!!!

I'm using a DSL600EW Aztech modem + router

Recently i could not port forward anymore because whenever i key in a new user rule, it will say there is an error.

It only allows 1 new rule at a time(which I don't know way is that so).

However, i've checked all the IP Adresses & there are no new rules to be seen. It will be impossible for me to check all the possible dynamic IP Adds as the range is too BIG!

Previously i port forwarded using the IP Add of 192.168.1.8.

Another thing is that, there is 2 dynamic IP for my PC???
192.168.1.4 and 192.168.1.8 - How could this happen?
I've restarted the modem but it remains the same.

I've really run out of ideas, any help is greatly appreciated from anyone.
