Default REALLY IN NEED OF HELP

I'm using a Aztech DSL600EW modem & router.

I can't port forward anymore now because whenever i entered a NEW RULE under USER, it says there's an error. Only 1 NEW RULE is permitted each time (which i do not know why is that so)

I've looked at other Dynamic addresses but none of them consist of any rules.

Further, theres 2 IP ADDRESS for my PC
192.168.1.8 and 192.168.1.4, i dont understand, i restarted my modem but it remains the same.

Previously i was using 192.168.1.8 & i port forwarded using that ip add.

I really need help here

I've tried setting routing rules with the Aztech modems too.,.... but it's such a lousy system. I haven't been able to successfully forward ports with it yet so far.

*my WAN port on my linksys router died, that's why I need to use my modem differently now
