The computers they have there get internet without a problem but I tried to connect on my laptop and it couldn't even detect a network. The problem is not with my laptop as I have no problem getting a connection anywhere else. What could the problem be? Please help me, I am VERY confused. |

Are the other machines that "connect" wireless? What software manages your connection(s)? What are the settings in -> "Network Connections"? ![]() |

So you might need to check which external software other than your current operating system is managing the network access. And use that to detect and connect to the network.
