When I stop arp on le1: ifconfig le1 -arp All PC's with Windows 7 and Windows 2008 do not have internet access. Also I try to put router: DVR1 DVR2 DVR3 DVR4 DVR5 DVR6 DVR7 ------------------------------------ | switch - router - switch - GW But ARP packets still f*cked up my GW, and Windows 7 drop internet connections. Why DVR's wana use 192.168.80.1 ?How I can block this packets? Thanks
Does your DVR have a built-in router? If it does, you need to connect to it using a LAN cable and disable the router's DHCP server.
I dont thing so. In DVR network setting have only "Network options" from where you can set static IP address ( at the moment they use static IP addresses - 192.168.80.130-137 ) and "DHCP use" When I put IP from another network - 192.168.90.131 , FreeBSD le1 continue to recеiving ARP packets from this DVR ( 90.131 ). Only when I power off it, packets stop ( or disconnect ). P.S. I'm not 100% sure , but I thing DVR's was Dynacolor DG216
Your Dynacolor DG216 DVR does have network routing capabilities. You need to disable its DHCP server.
