What difference does it make anyway? Some of the Panadols we take may be fake ones produced by some cheap China/Thailand factories...

LOL!!! Never heard of such thing.

Like anything in life, too much of a good thing is bad.

You will only have a problem if you take WAY too much paracetamol. I mean, we are talking about something like 4 GRAMS per day. That's a LOT of pills you need to pop before you are even in the danger zone.
