I would do something like speeding at 100mph, not sleeping. And cruising at 50mph and not concentrating...

Hahaha

Some months ago they had this campagin here in Aus called "Drop 5, save lives". Basically the pretext was that if you drop your speed by 5km/h, you can avoid a serious crash. But I think it's all bs, there are so many other variables beyond your control that going 5km/h slower will not lessen the severity of the crash in most situations.
