What do u do when you can't sleep?

I have been out whole day, i am tired. I went to bed at 0115 and i struggled until now. After 1.5 hrs of struggle to sleep, i failed. All because of some inconsiderate frens screaming and laffing downstairs.

I feel like f*cking every single of them

i think.. once i have the sleepiness, i have to go bed immediately, the longer i drag the more i think, the more i can't sleep. and it's very frustrating when u want to sleep so much yet u can't sleep
