Well its not lunch time so people are busy in their offices.

Plus that place isn't that packed (its not like Manhattan). It's actually really nice. Best city I've visited yet.

Its spring. LOL! That isn't bundled up in the least. Weather was ok. It was High 40s (F). The two buildings aren't residential. There was a sushi place and a starbucks on the other side. Don't know whats up there though.

In Malaysia, the whole street would be packed with illegally parked cars with some cars even double-parked!
