Talking Can you make 24?

Numbers that you MUST use - 1,3,4,6 (no combining like 1,3 becomes 13)

You can use subtraction, addition, multiplication and division but note that you may choose NOT to use 1 out of the 4 basic arithmetical operations besides square root or repeating them twice.

CHEEERSSSSSSSSSSSS =P

p/s : No funny stuff like turning 6 upside down to become 9 and go 9 x 3 - 4 + 1 = 24 , THIS IS GOOD STUFF

Uh is it possible to use square or square root?

If so, my answer would be this:

(4^2) + 6 + 3 - 1

What if I take two 6s and turn one upside down so it becomes a '69'? That is what I would call good stuff. My fav number (pos)... Can do it for 24 (hours) too.

well, it says the numbers we MUST use, but it din say those numbers are the ONLY ones we can use...
and it says u MAY CHOOSE not to use the operations, it din say we CAN'T use all 4, which means there will be 5 numbers...

if this is the case, then (4-1)/3 X 6 +18 = 24

trying to twist my way around it?
