DYKT: It's a nice car but I think booking the ML350 is a bad move. After some research, there were some cases where the engine (On all M-class) will unexpectedly stall, the 7G-TRONIC tranny has some bugs on some cars & the quality of the M-class is too cheap (EEK! What's with the cheap hard platic for the door trim!) for a Merc.All the nice stuffs like the DVD Navigation system, Xenon headlights & power Tailgate are an option! The RX330 SL in comparison is much better equipped, much quieter than the Merc, has better quality finishing, better aftersales service from Lexus Of Perth & more importantly, it costs less but you get more equipment than the "bare" ML350 with Luxury pack. DYKT: I'm thinking of asking him to reconsider the RX330 SL again... DYKT: I'm asking my dad also to wait for the W221 S-class to be launched on Aussie shores or just go for the Lexus GS300 Sports Luxury if he's still considering a luxury sedan.
