DYKT : I bought a new place in Mutiara Damansara over a year ago. It's a smaller condo. Bought it because at that time, it was just Jen and I. So the old condo was "too big".

With that said, it was a very good investment. The value of this place is shooting up like crazy.

DYKT : It's also a nice place to stay although it's still a squeeze! Fortunately, I prepared by having lots of built-in cabinets made. Otherwise, I really have no idea how we can fit all our stuff!

Oh you are in Mutiara Damansara nowadays? Near that Curve, 1U and Segi College? That's pretty a cool place!

Get foldable items! Foldable chairs, foldable tables, mini stuff... everything seemed to be 'compressed' nowadays!

My place is a 10 min drive away. Drop by in Kepong - they have many tasty cheap restaurants there!
