Dunno what you mean by purpose, but mine also has the specialised compartments for laptop, camera, phone, discman, etc etc.

its has 2 partitions only .. the smaller one .. got a gook inside.. slots to put pen .. bla bla bla ..

use it as schoolbag / short travelling bag

no money la

bought with own money

Papercut : Yup i think your model is for laptop too... u will see a extra partition inside your last compartment...

zy : Depend on individual need... feel enough for the space then is fine.... no point to pay more for not using it...

Yep

IMO you won't find a quality backpack for much less than S$41. Maybe in Malaysia, but not in Singapore. I didn't see any 'basic' one either

A Basic in trm of small design also dun have? Yesterday i saw a mini bagpack which carry by a small little kid, it look so nice... can see that now lots of parent can pay it just for a bagpack...

Actually, bags are cheaper in Singapore because they are taxed here in Malaysia. Don't ask me why.
