I actually managed to get it at staff price. Whee~
I know this because my cousin brother works in Dell so I actually got to see the quotation for staff price (same specs) and when last week I was looking through Dell's website, I noticed that they had already reduced the price till so low so, quickly grabbed the chance to buy it. Previously it was priced at rm5.6k
lucky you

when I bought mine, the fingerprint scanner option was not available or I would've gotten it as well. mine also comes with a webcam.
