i just bought myself 2 wicked ( yet expensive) studio monitors, KRK RP8s. they kick ****ing ass also a while ago i bought a shure SM 57 . and with this aquisition my mini studio is almost complete i can now record guitar,bass and vocals.. all i need is a good drumkit software like Drumkit from hell and ill be all set..

can barely see it but the mic is pointed at the cabinet speaker.

KRKs are nice! I was considering them for a while...if nothing else, the colour is really distinctive

Yup, ASUS and Gigabyte motherboards are much more popular nowadays.

Higher end ASUS mainboards are overpriced, and cheaper models are not as good as Abit's counterpart at the same price range IMO. This is why I choose Abit.

Gigabyte's mainboard colour scheme is just dumb, but maybe it's just me They also like to release many revisions of the same mainboard

the sounds i get out of this set up is amazing...

check out this clip for a heavy Lamb of God type riffing.

and a sweet 3 chord acoustic bit.

also those digitech rack units are freaking awesome.. i had borrowed my friends 2120 to record my bands new album and it was freakin amazing.. you needed a Degree in IT to understand all the controls but still the amount of sounds i could get out of it were astounding!
