Reputation: 98 Rep Power: 1 | You know with a VF-1000 on there you'd get lower load temps than your "tweaked" stock cooler's idle right?  I'm using one on my 8800GT. Despite being overclocked I still can't get past my previous idle temps while under load and I'm actually only running 1/2 of full fan speed! It's pretty much the same story for the 4850. Here's an older photo from my not-so-long-ago M2N32 days. Don't mind the bump on the left  , that happened during shipping and I didn't want to mess with trying to straighten it and performance was better than adequate so I left it like that.
