Reputation: 4681   Rep Power: 66 |  So my PC upgrade just got postponed...  Brand new Gibson Explorer (made in Nashville, TN!!!). (and no, I didn't buy it because the xbox 360's guitar hero controller is that shape) I bought it last week but since the one at the store wasn't "new" enough (had a few scratches), I made them order a new one for me (and they let me take the scratched one home to play with while I waited for my "new" one to arrive). Got a call today that it arrived and they pulled it out of the box for me as soon as I got there (LOL doesn't get any newer then that). Already gonna swap the bridge out with a locking bridge (so it won't fall off when I change strings - also increases sustain).

Reputation: 4681 Rep Power: 66 | Umm yeah... No more new guitars for a while...   Curse you sale! Made in USA American Standard Stratocaster in Olympic White with Maple Neck (think Jimi Hendrix @ Woodstock... ). Flash kinda washed out the white of the guitar. It's more of a creamish/ivory color.Yeah PC upgrade definitely postponed again... Crazy black Friday deal (think $350 off of street price)...
