F2003 GA is not the new engine, it's the new car, with new aero package! There's reasons why they release the new car.

1. It's faster.
2. It's more reliable.

Usually new car is faster than more reliable compare to the old car. If it's not much faster than the old car, why release the new car and risk the reliability issues? F2002 is one of the most reliable F1 car, imagine finishing every race on podium! So it's easy to assume that F2003 GA is faster. Ferrari are not that stupid.

I have a feeling that when they start using the F2003, it will be like another 2002 season all again, especially if the F2003 is reliable...

And yes, Coulthard is stupid!
