yeah... makes you wonder how those BAR people inteprated (how the heck do you spell it) the rules. designing a car that was under weight to begin with. leaving fuel in the primary tank when told do drain the car.

I thought most cars are underweight to begin with? And place the ballast depending on tracks etc...?

Trulli the qualifying king...hehe

Ferrari is going to struggle to qualify well as expected...maybe they will do better in the race...

well all the cars are underweight to begin with but they use "weights" ie: some sort of metal (uranium?) for ballast what BAR did in the FIA's opinion was using fuel as ballast which is clearly illegal.

download the pdf file and read, then u would hav some idea about the case. so i definetely believe they r doing the rite thing and not try to cheat.

wat i wan to say is in this case they r all about politics and wan to get someone as an example for every team in F1. FIA, Max and Bernie r sux... they cant even find enuf evidence of BAR cheated also.

gOgO B.A.R Honda, nth can bring u down and at Nurbergring, u'll see they r come back even stronger than ever.

Well, the fuel would not be considered cheating if it was not used during the race.

But while solid ballast do not change weight during the race, using fuel as a ballast will give the team a real advantage as the car lightens during the race.
