Reputation: 802   Rep Power: 11 |  It's the CrossfireX or 2.0 then it is determined by your GPU. So if your running say 2 x X1950 it will default to1.0 its backwards compatible. On the connector for newer cards I think you are referring to the 8 pin PCIE power connector. Had 2 members on another forum running HD2900XT's mention it and its used for Overdrive on those cards. My Corsair HX-520 has an extra pigtail for the 6 / 8 pin so just included the info and now they have that enabled .. its just another 12V source  |
