Default Bluetooth TV

Quote:
So it appears this handy little Bluetooth lovely has been around for a while, but its so impressive for the money it deserves a mention.

Its as simple as it is useful. You plug the Sony Ericsson MMV-100 into a spare scart socket on your TV and can instantly view your images from any Bluetooth enabled phone, pda or device.

You don’t even need to pair with it. Imagine being able to fire images at it from yours and your mates phones after a night out-ideal.

Why stop there, the mmv-100 will also accept AMR and MP3 audio files so you can listen to your music on your TV’s speakers or even through your surround system, given the proper hardware.

It’s small enough to carry in your pocket or purse, and other than the charger requires no additional hard/software.

Bag yours now from eXpansys for £28.95.
Or bag a bargain on ebay

why get a bluetooth stereo headset when you can use your TV's surround system instead? a cool alternative to making use of your bluetooth enable devices...

currently only the Samsung D600 mobile phone can connect directly to a TV i believe...

Too bad scart is so unpopular here. Last time I saw one this those in Malaysia is at my family's 12 year old PAL TV.

What!? I thought scart was used everywhere, I have never seen a tv without it, even recently on my vacation in Thailand I've seen scart on tvs.

Well, it's very old tech (by today's standards), I believe it made its appearence with the first VHS video players. Now there are RGB and S-Video scarts, and they all look the same

Edit: I forgot to ask, what do you use in Malaysia as Audio/Video in apart from the antenna input???
