Default First Kingston Blood Donation Campaign Launched in Malaysia!

Quote:
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – (May 03, 2006) – Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the world’s largest independent memory module manufacturer, today launched its first-ever awareness campaign about blood donation in Malaysia to raise awareness about the importance of and need for blood donation, aiming to foster lifelong blood donors. The Kingston Blood Donation Campaign supported by National Blood Center aims to promote the spirit of “Share your love and show you care with Kingston.”

The Kingston Blood Donation Campaign will take place on May 20th and 21st 2006 at Michael’s Badminton Academy - Badminton Hall, Taman Megah, Petaling Jaya from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Many fantastic gifts from Kingston will be given away during this campaign in order to encourage more donors. Conveniently located and easily accessible by public transportation, the venue is the ideal location for this campaign.

Free gifts such as memory cardholders, folders, bags, pens, and more will be given away as memento and appreciation to the donors. During the lucky draw, 50 winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive 1GB Kingston DataTraveler USB Flash Drives. Winners will be announced on the Kingston website: www.kingston.com/asia on June 15 and will be notified by phone. Refreshments including juice and sandwiches will be served at the venue to all donors.

Kingston sincerely invites you to join us on May 20th and 21st to share your love and show you care.

Cool

You know, you just have to admire a company when they do something like this. Even if it's just a marketing campaign, which I don't think it is, they are putting their money to good use in other sectors of society. Well done.
