Apple cops Mighty Mouse suit

The Man & Machines suit argues that CBS did not have the rights to license “Mighty Mouse'' to Apple for computer devices because its trademark did not extend to that class of goods.

The revival is already in progress. Nickelodeon is working on a CGI movie with a CGI series to follow after the movie. Back in 2001 a "power of cheese" commercial had Mighty Mouse also.

I suspect they won't be generating the CGI on an Apple based system
