Reputation: 2090 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Rep Power: 38 | Well it's perfectly fine when you use it on stock systems, nothing wrong with that (the price is wrong though), it will outperform any cooling solutions available with a significant lead. Yup, MUCH better than any cooling solutions, in fact, it is capable of going sub ambient temperatures on stock systems! They are good for moderate overclocks too, but not when you try to push the chip to it's limit, ie 65nm C2D/C2Q @ 3.8-4GHz range with ~1.5-1.6V. This is where their TEC based cooling solutions fail, to the point where it performs even worse than a high end heatsink such as TRUE. Remember, you are spending at least 4-5 times more than a TRUE. I'm against recommending anyone to buy these TEC coolers unless they really have too much money to play around with. Try posting in XtremeSystems and you will see what I mean The single 120mm rad on SkullTrail watercooler is an exception though. It is 100% confirmed to underperform, stock or overclocked doesn't matter
