well most of people freez when they see mad man with knife (it is fear) and i think cops was afraid when they seen him

Just read more about the issue. Looks like that guy was not only crazy, he probably planned to do it. Does not look like he knew the victim though. Very likely the victim was just unfortunate to be sitting next to him.

same shit hapend in Greece

Man killd his wife and decapatate her
than taken a walk with her head in his hand thrue town
when two man tryd to stop him in a street he stabend them and then
he took a car and run over two people
he was arested after cops shooted at him
