Hmmm. could be software issues for the sluggishness. They probably get it right after a while.

BTW, Elton, do you use a BT headset? I find the my phone is very buggy sometimes when connecting/disconnecting to my BT headset. When it works, it works really well, when it's sucky... i have to turn off BT and on again to get them connected.

Yes i having a logitect freedom here. First of all there are two status will show on your phone, one is connected (you will see a headset show on your handphone) two is standby mode like the BT icon.

When i first connect my BT headset it will show connected, but after first receive or calling out the status will change to standby. But dun worry when you want to call or some call come in the status will auto change to connected. So the call will ring on your BT headset.

Once you have pair your phone with the BT headset it will search for your headset when perform calling or receiving although on standby mode.

As standby mode will be save lot of battery compare with the connected mode.

Elton.. I know how to pair the BT headset. Haha. i've no problem with that with my HBH-PV700. I'm just asking if u have experienced any bugs in the BT connectivity? Seems like this problem is still existent until today....meaning BT sucks... no wonder it's not that popular even till today. haha

As for responsiveness... yeah, even the W810i is fast and very responsive. And yeah. Symbian (on any phone) is slow....

the W300i is also extremely fast.
but then again, do you know how many laggish SE phones out there?

i don't even bother to test any SE phones nowadays. usually just pass it to other writers.

Opss.. ok, because before this i dunno that in standby mode it will auto connect also. You question on BT bug, the answer is yes, sometime it just not going to connect. It works back automatic later, or sometime you need to pair it again

BT just mainly for my fast and easy file transfer when no cable and compare with infra

Well, you are plainly making a sweeping statement, when we have solid proof that not all SE phones are sluggish. "Always" is definitely not the right word to use.

I'm not saying that I've tested all the SE phones out there or claim that all the SE phones are very responsive. But I'm pretty sure neither do you.

Ahhh.. I love my Nokia 6070.

Lousy features TBH, and expensive for what it has. But the keys are damn nice to use and it's fast. It's also stable. Have yet to crash on me.

Best of all, the SMS system is the good old "dumb" T9 system with a built-in dictionary.
