Does anyone know of a good source of info on how to get homebrew apps running on a V2.6 PSP?

i read smewhere, only v1.5 works on homebrew apps. the only way for you is to dwngrade to v1.5 however i heard v2.6 with TA082A motherboard and above version will not able to dwngrade.

That would be a shame. I was looking at a thing called DevHook that can be used to emulate newer firmware, but I was wondering if it could emulate older versions instead.

nop... devhook only emulates when running on firmware version 1.5.. check if your psp can be downgraded...

anyone using their PSP to surf net? i find the browsing speed is extremely slow! even scrolling up & down takes ages!

btw, is there a way to zoom the screen smaller?

That depends on some sites. Some sites have mobile friendly versions.

I browse with the psp sometimes (at school) but I usually end up using my PDA because I can type faster...

i was trying out at Mcdonald's, my previous experience using lappy was pretty fast but with PSP the dwnload speed is v slow. the rendering speed is equally slow as well. typing url in PSP is more tedious than typing SMS.
