Dell notebooks are crap, buy something else... N**..

KK... I was kidding...

But the good thing about Dell is the support. Very good support imho. The bad thing is their QA. They just churn out their products without much testing... but some company test like dunno what... but coz of its design, specs and price... nobody wants to buy.

I don't have issues with Dell, even though I have to support Dell products everyday. Support is excellent. If their support is great, I honestly don't mind if Dell breaks down more often. They will probably replaced the faulty parts on the next day.

I made a mistake on my part for the battery replacement. I actually replaced the working batteries and sent back to Dell. Today, they send in more batteries because I replaced the wrong batteries without even informing us!
