No, the Eee PC 901 is the smaller version. If you want something bigger, it has to be something like the Eee PC 1000/1000H.

I saw those 901 models - they are dreadfully expensive!

Still, I have to stick to the 701. I pray that they won't get extinct after that 900/1000 series release!!!

And just sampled it in a shopping center! It's pretty nice to use!

Hmm.. Can't be. I just spoke to ASUS. Even the Eee PC 1000H model (Windows XP) will cost less than RM 1999 (US$ 625).

Heh heh... it's RM 1699 for the 901 EEEPc.

And some brochures even shouted RM 2099... aaahhhkk!!

Well, I just got my EEEPc 701 yesterday, haven't fully tried it out yet, but I bet it'll be awesome!!

a few more days since the use of EEEPc 701. here's my summary, as I typed it from that notebook as well:

1.) light and ultraportable.
2.) battery life - only max 2hours. Any more than that, gotta recharge.
3.) Xandros supplied is very user friendly. However, I installed my XP inside with some suitable modifications.
4.) Flimsy looking keyboard, and small flimsy buttons, but that doesn't stop me from typing, as I hhave small slender fingers.
5.) keyboard and surface may get very warm after like 30 mins of usage. Strange...
