Pic 1: Cooler comparison

The base size is = to the K7 chip. Typhoon -vs- Volcano 7+

Pic 3:Factory milled base... suprisingly rough

Pic 4: After 1st round of lapping. Look at uneveness of the circular shapes that ground down first.

Pic 5: Finished ...added screw to pic to illustrate mirror-like finish.
