Exclamation overclocking

i have a acer aspire laptop that if not potentially overclockable will soon be put to scrap
its running an amd 3200+ 64bit athlon
512 ddr
80 gb hard drive
ati radeon 9600 or codename m10
the motherboard is unknown which is partially where the snag is if anybody knows of where i can find motherboard model numbers or specs for this laptop model it would be greatly appreciated.
or if not needed a software application that will help me overclock without this information

Why would you even want to overclock or scrap that?
