overclockable uATX for skt939?

Are there any micro ATX motherboards with skt939, PCI-exp, preferably Nforce4 that have any basic overclocking and underclocking features?
All the ones I can find dont even have voltage control in bios!

Have you checked the EPOX EP-9GF6100-M??? As far as I know, it supports Asynchronous FSB/DIMM timing mode and allows you to adjust CPU clock and voltage, DIMM frequency and voltage settings.

Just read its User Manual in EPOX website.
