Just cuz....

I want to. I love to. I need no justification for it. Why? Just cause...

Just like why I choose to eat a lot. Why I like chocolate. Why I love to sleep a lot. Why I wear baggy pants. Why I pooped this morning instead of later on. List goes on...

well, i can give you one reason, because most processors have the potential to go higher and faster . Its a darn waste not to overclock it and an insult to your processor. And overclocking will not necessary reduce its life, its the voltage that's the killer, not the act of overclocking.

We do it cuz we gots the smarts on how to overclock. As long as you make smart decisions while overclocking there isn't much of a risk. You also need to have common sense to know when stability is out of reach or when you haven't gone far enough. Basically look at it like this. If you can get a Ferrari F40 and make it just as good as a Ferrari F50 with just a couple of modifications, why not? I know that's not the best example but you should get the point.
