It's all about timing la. Like for instance, when I got the 6800GT, it's cheaper in the sense that I need not change to a S939 mobo with a pci-e slot. But 2pid thing is the 7800GS came out a few months later. Talk about timing...

So, price here is really subjective to what you have at that moment in time. But your 'price' is different. Everything seems cheap to you.

And don't call me kiamsiap again... You don't have to pay bills, I do.

But I have to pay expensive loans that I didn't whine about.

6800GT is not really the highest end, while a brand new 7900GTX is going to cost RM2000+ easily, maybe even up to RM2600, and yes, I won't be able to afford that too. And cards like these will never drop below RM1800. I found a 6800 Ultra AGP the other day, still selling at RM1800 when 7800GT is already out!
