FM121 came together with my Scythe Ninja. price for the FM 121 was about RM 60 i think.

as for the CM 450W, i can't remember but i think it's around RM 250

Not really.

I want to quiet down my system with the case open, then only I will close the case and consider it a quiet system.

My system is rather quiet for most people, as I have a number of fans running at 5V and 7V, but I'm still not satisfied, especially that medium output 80mm fan, even at 5V, I can still hear the motor noise.
