These coolant fluids are normally consist of uh... something to do with glycol. If I'm not mistaken.

Non-toxic? Made of organic materials perhaps? Or non-irritating to the skin?

Those are anti-freeze.

This is another type of non-conductive liquid which has very wide 'operating' temperature suitable for any type of cooling I can think of...maybe not for liquid nitrogen...
