Default overclocking P4 2.8 ghz to 3.2ghz

i'm new to this forum.my problem is i want to overclock my pentium 4 2.8 ghz 775 socket.i'm using ASUS P5V800 motherboard with 800fsb,512 mb ddr400 ram,8x agp card, 430 cooler master PSU,cooler master hyper 48 cpu cooler and extra motherboard chipset heatsink.can anyone could give me tips that would help.thanx a lot...
